Abel Heywood - Family
[edit]Abel's other children were:Elizabeth who married a ? Charlesworth; George Washington Heywood and Jessie Heywood. Jessie also emigrated to New Zealand in 1880 and in 1886 become one of two women elected to the Taranaki Education Board. They were the first women in New Zealand to become member of an Education Board in NZ.
