Finally, I understand this may not be used in the body of an article as being a potential BLP vio, but if admissible on the talk page, I would like to point out that WikiLeaks has a reference to Abdur Razzaq has having received a personal audience with the US Ambassador to Bangladesh in a US cable here (removed link).
