[edit]OK, looks like we have someone bent on posting un-sourced information. I am watching this page and will fix it. In addition several of the changes seem to be of a personal nature. If this continues I will report it. DontListenToShaitan (talk) 16:23, 31 October 2009 (UTC)
User DontListenToShaitan (talk) 16:23, 31 October 2009 (UTC) has created controversial and vicious user name called; “DontListenToShaitan”. This name is very offensive to Muslims, around the world. This is racial & religious profiling of Muslims. Also has used subject’s owned website as a source to cross check subject's Bio and other information. At the end, it violates the fundamental principles by which Wikipedia operates. Please check Wikipedia: Five pillars. Honestlove (talk) 02:00, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
User Honestlove is being more than a little dishonest it seems. He is adding unsourced info (e.g. Foriegn Student??). In addition there is no prohibition on using sites under subjects control (for example Barack Obama's wiki entry uses whitehouse.gov website, a site COMPLETELY under his control). Reversing changes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Moulistas (talk • contribs) 03:08, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
User; Moulistas must understand that President Obama’s Bio or wiki entry is not coming from White House website because at that time Obama wasn’t President and wasn’t controlling White House website. In reality, White House website doesn't say much in President Obama's Bio. The subject’s Bio is coming from the websites, he owns and controls.
This Bio also needed a cleanup of repetitive sentences and must remove the title of Imam. The title of Imam does not cite any references or sources, what kind of Islamic education and degree received by this subject, before using title Imam. Also must show references and reliable sources when, where and how subject became an Imam. These criteria are most important in Islam. (Honestlove (talk) 23:42, 29 November 2009 (UTC))
Article is missing necessary information related to subject's educational background (Degrees, Diplomas or certificates) from the Pakistan, as well as, any education received in the USA. Honestlove (talk) 06:24, 7 March 2011 (UTC)
"This article may require cleanup to meet Wikipedia's quality standards." This is an agenda of Wikipedia and we suppose to help Wikipedia to cleanup this article. Instead "FightPettiness" undid entire cleanup and took back article to 31 October 2009, the changes done by “DontListenToShaitan”. "FightPettiness" has same agenda as “DontListenToShaitan” to control this article for their personal motives. "FightPettiness" name is a slang for Jihad, a very offensive name to Muslims around the world. Honestlove 23:39, 15 March 2011 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Honestlove (talk • contribs)
Page Defacement
[edit]I am really shocked that a persistent campaign to make changes to a prominent Muslim leader's wikipedia Bio page.
The person making these changes is associated with an extremist organization (Hizbut Tahrir - that used to exist in some college campuses in Chicago) and does not appreciate the Imam's interfaith efforts.
It is also possibly they are motivated by personal jealousy? I can only wonder at the addition of the adjective "only" when describing the Imam's book. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Moulistas (talk • contribs) 02:32, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
