"A theoretical model for all motion picture cameras they have produced is the "cat-on-the-shoulder," a small, light, quiet motion picture camera easily operated by a single cinematographer."

I don't agree with the last sentence. The "cat on the shoulder" is a concept of "comfortable to operate hand held". It can be operated by a single cinematographer, in some situations, like any camera, but any camera requires an assistant, especially when working on fiction films, in many situations, when focus has to be pulled, and Aaton cameras allow to work on feature/fiction films and they do.

For sure Aaton cameras are easier to work with hand held on the shoulder than many other ones, if not the easiest, and working with an aaton camera for a single cinematographer is certainly the easiest to work with in this situation, but please don't say that Aaton cameras allow working without an assistant, because that's not true.

I am a 20 years experienced camera assistant.
