Comment really don't know what to think about these kind of situations. It would be more helpful for those with slow internet connections to have both titled (film) (book). Let people choose. Let people know what they are getting. In ictu oculi (talk) 19:51, 13 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose for now. The film gets a lot more page views, but it just came out 6 months ago, meaning there's an element of WP:RECENTISM at play. Additionally, the movie didn't fare well with critics or audiences, while the novel was a bestseller and a finalist for the National Book Award, so the long-term significance element of WP:PRIMARYTOPIC likely favors the novel. This film questionably appears in the following categories: Mexican Films; Mexican Comedy Films; Mexican Drama Films; French Comedy-Drama Films. I don't think this belongs in any of them.
