Calendar systems used
[edit]The Plot_summary says the story is set in the "early 37th century", but the book itself says it spans the Honorverse period 1519 to 1521 Post Diaspora. Confusing the two date systems without qualifying the date system used suggests original research. Either a citation is needed to explain the date calculation for the plot summary or the Post Diaspora dates should be used. Describing the story as set in the "early 37th century" could be mentioned in a background portion of the article where the calendar calculation can be explained in more detail. However, since the author has created his own calendar for these stories and explained it well in other publications, that calendar system should be used in preference to the Gregorian calendar. Remember the story is a work of fiction, so using the fictional calendar for the story is verifiable and consistent with the story text, while a Gregorian calendar conversion is not. - 21:59, 20 November 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.57.244.234 (talk)

Characterizing teenagers as "immature children"
[edit]Using the term "immature children" to describe some teenage characters older than the teenage lead protagonist is misleading and suggest a point of view that is not consistent with Wikipedia content policies. The incident in the story that this term refers to is a point of conflict between two teenagers with different attitudes to the treatment of pets, so using the term "immature children" is not consistent in terms of the plot and suggests the plot summary contains the biased opinion of a plot summary contributor. - 22:22, 20 November 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.57.244.234 (talk)
- The novel present Trudy through the eyes of Stephane Harrington as being dull of wit. E.g: "It was moments like this when she was convinced Trudy was really only about nine T-years old, whatever her birth certificate (or physical assets) might claim." (pg. 41) To reflect this in the plot section seems fine to me. You might want to change the word perhaps, but showing the protagonist's opinion in the plot section is not a problem.
