Quite a lot of prior knowledge assumed!
[edit]Hi. As someone completely ignorant of the subject, who came here to learn more after reading about the AWS Graviton in a news story, I found this article pretty impenetrable. In particular I would cite the incomprehensible "One EC2 instance uses the original Graviton CPU: A1"! I know exactly what EC2 means - it's just down the road from here... ;-) Could someone with the necessary domain expertise please try to make it more accessible to members of the general population like me? Thanks! CharlesSpencer (talk) 07:43, 29 November 2022 (UTC)
- @CharlesSpencer: Let me know if the rewrites to the lede make sense, I'm still working through rewriting the origin section to be less jargon-y. Always appreciate outside perspective from someone not as steeped in the performance engineering space as I am. lizthegrey (talk) 04:14, 17 October 2023 (UTC)
