Support for a move to singular title?

Would people support a Requested Move of this page back to the singular title form "ATM Adaptation Layer" in order to style the page according to current article titling policy? (see Wikipedia:Naming_conventions#Prefer_singular_nouns) Courtland 22:59, 26 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]
