Ati glitch
A lot of ati card buyers run into the ati glitch which is simply a display error. Ati claims its hardware failure or maybe a bad software. However, I managed to eliminate it through cryptographic services being disabled. Hence its a signature related issue. But I also changed the security settings from atimpag and atimdag in drivers to be inheritable.
