Supporting the notability of this article

I created this article as aceproject.org is used as a reference in many election related Wikipedia articles, but Wikipedia has no further information about this source. As ACE is run by a partnership of organizations it seemed to me that a separate article is justified as opposed to an extension of the articles of the organizations.

ACE is one of the best global resources on election administration and a household name for most academics, officials and international experts in this field. A Google search shows 10.000s of links to ACE from all mayor organizations working on elections, including the Council of Europe, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Eurpean Union, Organization of American States, The Carter Center, universities and election commissions around the world.

To fulfill formal wikipedia notability criteria I added a some more of those links as references. I also noticed that a search for "ACE Electoral Knowledge Network" returns Google sitelinks providing evidence to importance and credibility according to wiki guidelines.
