The paragraph in question had valid authoritative references. In particular, it substantiated the sentence that had a {{cn}} applied to it. In this particular case the reference's quote field quoted a passage that substantiated the sentence the {{cn}} was placed after.
Normally, a quality control volunteer should review a paragraph's references, prior to adding a {{cn}}, but, in this particular case, all they quality control volunteer had to do was look at the reference's quote field. Geo Swan (talk) 23:56, 22 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
