Other top Test averages
[edit]Excluding freaks such as Andy Ganteaume (one Test, 112 runs, ave 112.00) there are a few other players who might be relevant if a lower qualification of innings were used. For example, if ten innings were the cut-off point:
Mike Hussey: 19 innings, ave 75.93 (as of 18 Oct 2006) Charles Dempster: 15 innings, ave 65.72 Sid Barnes: 19 innings, ave 63.05
Hussey especially is worth keeping an eye on, not because he's likely to approach Bradman, but because if he played one more innings then retired, he'd pass the 20-innings threshold and have an average in the 70s, even if that innings was a nought. Loganberry (Talk) 13:21, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
