This article was deleted at one point due to alleged non-notability. I found a reference which established notability under the WP:BAND requirements, namely "has been the subject of a half hour or longer broadcast on a national radio or TV network." That was the nationally broadcast Austin City Limits episode #69 and the segment was approximately 30 minutes. While I realize this isn't a very famous band (and is now defunct) they are fairly well known in Austin and as indicated got some national exposure via Austin City Limits. I found a link which lists the 30 minute 1998 Austin City Limits appearance. However it appears to be blacklisted as a spam site so I can't link it directly. The site appears legitimate to me at first glance. The link is http://www. tvrage.com/Austin_City_Limits/episodes/16159/23x10 (remove the space after www.) Here is a link to a festival that featured the band's successor, Paris 49. I have no idea if/when those links will eventually go stale. I think the band was sufficiently notable as at least a regional influence but I'm not going to endlessly defend this article's notability. - Planders (talk) 03:00, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

Here are several other supporting links I found. This band was signed to RCA Victor records and released at least 2 albums under that label, which I think should qualify under band criteria #5. The two albums were "Happy Feet" and "Twisted Desire" and can be checked under the yahoo or amazon links below.

Release of "At The Movies", and general discography

Updated to add the release of "At The Movies" which date is mildly conflicted (BandCamp.com has it in 2021, PR and other sources in 2022) so I went with "2021/2022."

Also updated some of the album citations to use discogs.com and the Template:Citation template; I don't love how that looks, so if there's a better template to use would love to hear it. Couldn't find a lot of guidance for discography of bands that don't need the big "chart position" table like The Rolling Stones. TrivialJim (talk) 18:11, 29 December 2023 (UTC)
