I am not sure that the following is correct:

This article incorporates public domain material from the United States Government document "Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System, National Park Service".

I think most of the information on the National Park Service's page, in turn, comes from Richard O'Sullivan's book 55th Virginia Infantry (0 930 91973 4).

Whilst I am sure that the National Park Service's use of the material is entirely legitimate; I am not sure that it is right to attribute the copyright to the public domain on Wikipedia.

I also think a link to the Nation Park Service's website is most worthwhile; so how about adding it to 'External Links'.
