4th Army Identity
[edit]This Army was known as the 4th Independent Army Befoe and during the start of the war, and served with the Western Front as a 1st Formation Army. The 2nd Formation Army was not Independent and served on the Volkhov Front. Given their entirely different compositions, I would suggest separate pages for them, with one being the 4th Independent Army. There were a few Independent Armies at the start fo the war.-- mrg3105mrg3105 12:17, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
