Track listing

[edit]

Could someone sweep through [1] and fill in the details for the track listing concerning composer, lyrics, arrangement, and featured singers? -AngusWOOF (talk) 20:52, 16 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal

[edit]

I propose merging Whatcha Doin' Today into this article, 4Minute World. The articles overlap heavily, with little unique content on either article. Plus, most songs don't merit their own articles per [[WP:SONGS]. Shinyang-i (talk) 20:49, 14 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Merge is done! Shinyang-i (talk) 04:31, 27 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. Copied or closely paraphrased material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. (For more information, please see "using copyrighted works from others" if you are not the copyright holder of this material, or "donating copyrighted materials" if you are.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, and according to fair use may copy sentences and phrases, provided they are included in quotation marks and referenced properly. The material may also be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Therefore such paraphrased portions must provide their source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with these policies. Thank you. Random86 (talk) 03:20, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I find it ironic that the article is being deleted because of allkpop copyright when such blogs are the ones that rewrite news from Korea without attribution. If you're lucky you may see a source connecting it to the newspaper. Anyway, with Allkpop being a questionable source, it would be better if such articles got their material from the Korean newspapers or at least billboard.com, both of which would support its notability beyond fan blogs. -AngusWOOF (talk) 08:57, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You're right, it is kind of ironic. This is part of Wikipedia:Contributor copyright investigations/SicaSunny by the way. A lot of articles were created by copying from Allkpop and similar sources. Random86 (talk) 09:12, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
If you see any articles that are sourced with decent information that can be corrected with a rewrite, can you just rewrite them WP:SOFIXIT? -AngusWOOF (talk) 16:45, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure why you are citing WP:SOFIXIT, but most of the copyright violations I've removed have been from Allkpop, Soompi, etc. There was some copying from reliable sources on Jeon Ji-yoon and Shin Hyejeong if you want to fix those. Random86 (talk) 22:18, 22 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
