[edit]In March 1943 the german troops of the 9th Army retreated volontarily from the Rshew region in order to release troops for the planned Kursk operation. So they were not "annihilated" in March 1943.

Sergey Ryzhkov promoted to Lieutenant general
[edit]I don't speak Russian, but on the Russian Wikipedia page of Sergey Ryzhkov, it says that he was promoted to Lieutenant general on the 10th of December 2020. This was after he was appointed as Commander of the 41st Combined Arms Army. Should we change his rank or keep it the same? LASeianus (talk) 15:39, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
