The separate article, 3rd Missouri US Reserve Corps Infantry Regiment (3 months, 1861) should be merged here. These articles are describing the same unit at different times, separated based on the enlistment period. The history of the regiment can be much more clearly described in a single article. Currently, the 3-year enlistment period article is the primary topic (at the base name with parenthetical disambiguation, but there are no hatnotes between the articles for disambiguation, which is required.
