- I tried to fix some of the issues in the last paragraph, but it's still not clear enough, IMO, because I don't know the actual history. There's some confusion with tenses and stuff regarding the BRAC plan for the division and what actually happened. I think that the 2nd and 3rd Brigades formally deactivated in 1993 at Ft.
