Romanization of title

Anyone know why this title is romanized as "3 Mi"? It should be "3 Mai/My". Is there a reference for this odd romanization or is it just a mistake? thanks! Shinyang-i (talk) 21:34, 9 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
