Remove

[edit]

Removed as non-NPOV. Today this rule is outdated. It's perfectly possible to cut from medium to close without a 30 degree movement. Only with cuts between for example two medium shots of the same subject, is the 30 degree rule a necessity to avoid jump cuts.

I replaced it with the weaselly "Some consider this rule outdated." If anyone want to cite some sources describing it as outdated, it would be great. FreplySpang (talk) 19:55, 4 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

And because the statement is weasel-ly, I'm removing it altogether. We need a source to claim it is outdated. SixFourThree (talk) 15:51, 21 June 2010 (UTC)SixFourThree[reply]
