Proposed merger

I propose merging with King's Own Royal Regiment (Lancaster) as

They are the same regiment
There is nothing in this stubby article that is not in the one on the King's Own
They were only known as the 2nd Tangier Regiment for four years
It is consistent with the article on the other (1st) Tangier Regiment which redirects to Queen's Royal Regiment (West Surrey)
