Discrepancies in injuries and kills
[edit]There are discrepancies in the number of injuries and kills within this article (the introduction paragraph says 268 and the sidebar says 299; the tagline in the news section says 107 and the article says 116). Which is true? I'm too lazy and incompetent to figure it out myself. G man yo (talk) 17:28, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
- Sorted it out! Always use the most recent, verifiable figure! Aleksandar Bulovic' (talk) 17:36, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
- The recent numbers were given in the infobox, so putting them to the main text was not so big deal, I think.Egeymi (talk) 19:53, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
Turkey's reaction
[edit]Aleksandar Bulovic, your edit in regard to Turkey's reaction led to very wrong intentions that Turkish FM did not state. So please be careful when rewording the statements. Egeymi (talk) 19:44, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
Int reactions
[edit]Please avoid adding the reactions of political parties. This section includes only "state" reactions. Thanks,Egeymi (talk) 19:55, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
References
[edit]From the beginning the sources put are given with expanded form, not as bare url's. So please give expanded sources, if you add any info.Egeymi (talk) 20:01, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, we do ultimately want appropriate reference formatting, but if new users have new info to add but don't know how to manage the templates, adding as bare URLs are fine - we can always expand that after the fact. --MASEM (t) 20:06, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
- I have done it, it was just an attempt to remind them the ref format. By the way, nice to see you here. You left the article for a while after creating it. Thanks for creating it, too.Egeymi (talk) 20:10, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
- If you could point me in the right direction about how to correctly cite websites, that'd be cool! I do not have that knowledge and as a result, I just add bare URLs. Happy editing! Aleksandar Bulovic' (talk) 20:31, 25 July 2012 (UTC)
