The pilot episode of Saturday Live which aired 12/01/1985 a year before the main show, featured 20th Century Coyote (see the end credits here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceHua73EV2M) I haven't seen the actual show. But I believe this was Rik and Ade, and I believe at least part of this would have been the Dangerous Brothers "World of Danger" sketch previously released on VHS and DVD.
