Countess of Swinton

An ip editor has reintroduced the lib dem candidates title. This has been added and removed a few times now. Because the ref is messed up and out of place I am planning on fixing it up presentation wise but raise the question here of whether the title should figure or not given this election is presumably now in full swing.
