Discussion of government expendature

[edit]

In light of the sharp, unprecedented increases in spending in the last three years, wouldn’t it be appropriate to have some discussion about the necessity of making adjustments in government expenditures?

The annual deficits this country is running are not sustainable and it is not appropriate for any discussion about the federal budget not to address this issue. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.108.245.169 (talk) 05:11, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It is too soon to create an article for the 2023 government shutdown as this future event and is possible for the shutdown to be avoided. This falls into the Wikipedia:CRYSTAL. Cwater1 (talk) 22:39, 3 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I have created a draft for that article at Draft:2023 United States federal government shutdown. Freel free to edit that instead of making an article in the mainspace until it is time to actually do so. Greshthegreat (talk) 18:06, 11 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Move information to Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024

[edit]

As per this edit, I think we should move relevant information to Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024. Wikipedia1010121 (talk) 20:08, 12 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
