[edit]As of 6/22, Matt King has not secured a spot on the U.S. Olympic team. There can only be 24 swimmers qualified because there could be two additions to the team for first and second in the 1500m freestyle. If neither Finke nor Whitlock finish in the top two, then Pieroni would be selected as the 26th member of the team because of better percentage ahead of OQT. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1700:D3A1:760:1C0D:7A44:2853:3E19 (talk) 02:55, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- Matt King actually has the better percentage under OQT. It is King who would be the 26th team member, not Pieroni. 2600:1700:D3A1:760:1C0D:7A44:2853:3E19 (talk) 03:14, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
