It's done to make it easier and how it should be. You updated the table but removed some useful info I had already prepared. And I had to add them again. So double useless job not needed. I'm with 5225C on this. Preparing the classification tables and notes in advance is only helpful if you make it accessible (i.e. unhid it). No, I am not constrained to working through the procedures you have unilaterally put in place for yourself to use. You do not own race reports.
