Australian Men
[edit]This team is wrong. I know one of the guys going to the event. The team that wins Australian nationals isn't necessarily the team that represents Australia.
I'm not 100% sure on who else is playing in which positions though, and don't have a citation. 2604:3D08:248B:9400:FD18:C84F:DBF6:D878 (talk) 04:00, 5 September 2024 (UTC)
clinching world's berth in women's
[edit]If the USA defeats KOR (in draw 4) there remains the possibility of either CAN or JPN finishing at 6 and 1, then a five way tie at 4 and 3, and then NZL and TPE (with collectively 2 wins) at the bottom. In this scenario all 4 and 3 teams would be at 2 wins and 2 losses head-to-head and would require dsc to decide. So, either JPN or CAN can still potentially finish in 6th. If you would like me to lay out a game by game break down to confirm this, that can be done.18abruce (talk) 22:05, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
