When to rename?
[edit]When should this page be renamed from "2024 Maryland abortion referendum" to "2024 Maryland Question 1"? The Maryland General Assembly passed no additional ballot referendums this year, meaning that this ballot question will all but certainly be named "Question 1" by the Maryland Secretary of State. However, the official name will not be given until August, which is still three months away. Do we rename this page to "2024 Maryland Question 1" then, or should we do it sooner? - The Maryland Secretary of State officially designated this "Question 1" earlier this month. Renamed. Y2hyaXM (talk) 17:13, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
Segment unclear on question 1 and without reference
[edit]The following statement in question 1 sounds ambiguous and does not has references:
...unless justified by a compelling State interest achieved by the least restrictive means.
That segment is not clear.--Leglish (talk) 03:28, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
