Requirements for all Wikipedia tables

Please refer to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Figure skating, which clarifies Wikipedia policy regarding table formatting. Among other things, all tables must:

have an appropriate caption (ie. title) above the table indicating what the table is showing.
have appropriate column and row headers (that is the "! scope" feature that many editors continue to remove, which ensures that people using screen-readers can access the information on the table).
not have nested headers within a table.
