Injury replacements

Not mentioned here, but a rule allowed teams to replace injured players. Some teams are listed with more than 25 players which was stated to be maximum.

I think those changes should be listed somehow. For example left arrow for player replaced and right arrow for the replacement. So using team Czechia as an example, players would be listed like this.
