- ... that the No. 1-ranked 2023 Colorado Mines Orediggers, "college football's nerdiest contender", feature players with pigtails and drawn-on blue mustache, friar haircut, and Harry Potter cosplay? Source: The Wall Street Journall ("college football's nerdiest contender") and 5280 (article on the official headshots)
- Date request: Colorado Mines is favored to play in the national championship game on December 16. If the expected happens (and we will know that on December 9), it would be nice to have this run on game day December 16. Cbl62 (talk) 17:32, 4 December 2023 (UTC)

Overall: Everything looks good. QPQ done. Approving. BeanieFan11 (talk) 17:10, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
- @Theleekycauldron and Bruxton: I understand this is a late date request, a really late time to request this, but, if everything looks good to you, would it be possible for this to be featured on tomorrow's set? It was originally requested on December 4 but only until now was it reviewed (they are in the championship). BeanieFan11 (talk) 17:12, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
- With such a quick turnaround this would require queue work so it is above my pay grade. Bruxton (talk) 18:06, 15 December 2023 (UTC)
Move proposal
[edit]I received an email from Tim Flynn, Assistant Athletic Director for Communications, Colorado School of Mines stating: "Thanks for the note and the effort on the article, it's great. One thing – we don't use the 'Colorado Mines' name and haven't for over a decade. We go by Colorado School of Mines or simply Mines." Accordingly, I propose moving the article to a new title: "2023 Colorado School of Mines Orediggers football team". Any objections? Cbl62 (talk) 04:24, 6 December 2023 (UTC)
