Redistricting causes formatting issues
[edit]Since redistricting from the 2020 census occurred nationally, the problem I'm finding is not unique and likely has been addressed by other editors:
The problem is with the boxes that show a predecessor and a successor to a race. For instance, with Jermaine Johnson (basketball player) - he was originally House District 80, but after redistricting he ran and won for House District 70. Meanwhile the newly redistricted House Seat 80 was won by Katherine D. Landing.
So the box correctly shows his House Seat District order as: predecessor Jimmy Bales and successor Katherine D. Landing for House seat 80. But should his box now say House District 70 instead of 80, and the House District 80 box moved to Katherine Landing's page?
It's a puzzlement! ProfessorKaiFlai (talk) 23:18, 23 November 2022 (UTC)
