- Article is new and long enough & thoroughly sourced. No indication of copyvio of any kind. Awaiting QPQ. I am leaning towards ALT2 as the most interesting candidate (Kipchoge winning is to be expected and more of an ITN factoid and the other one is pretty much the case with a lot of similar events, isn't it). However, is there a better source for the hook? Is it mentioned in a third-party source? That would enhance the noteworthiness of this interesting fact. - Kingoflettuce QPQ now done: Template:Did you know nominations/Surajit Sengupta. I don't have another source for ALT2, as primary sources seem to be the only ones written before the event mentioning wheelchair competitors in English unfortunately (and I couldn't find one using Google Translate of Japanese either, possibly they exist but I don't speak Japanese at all).
