Section in Investigation had wrong information
[edit]Currently, the section wrote
- Preliminary investigations revealed that a train had stalled at a station while under automatic operation. In an attempt to get the train running again, the operator allegedly assumed manual control but instead of continuing southbound, reversed into the empty train behind it which had been returning to the depot
and cited this article https://www.straitstimes.com/asia/se-asia/six-critical-in-the-aftermath-of-malaysias-rail-crash-as-human-error-identified-as
but the article stated the opposite, where the stalled train is empty, assumed manual control and reversed into the train with passengers, see the third and fourth paragraph of the cited article

Accidents vs Collision
[edit]The reason the word "collision" is more accurately to be used is because there were accidents on the Kelana Jaya LRT line, but this is the first collision to occur on the line. Hence the distinction. See this article for list of accidents on the LRT systems: https://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/first-time-lrt-accident-results-serious-injuries-passengers
The reason that the media uses the word "accident" is because it refers to the event as a whole, but the word "collision" is more accurate term to be used to describe this event in terms of counting this event as the first-ever collision-based accident. - I guess we should amend the wordings. By the way, how should we fill up the chronology of the accident? TheGreatSG'rean (talk) 11:34, 28 May 2021 (UTC)
Train unit 40 as Bombardier Innovia ART II?
[edit]As I looked through every news site cited in the article, I could not find a single image which shows train unit 40 as a Innovia ART II, as most media on social media and news sites perpetuate from the revenue-service unit 81. If anyone can find source or image that train unit 40 as Bombardier Innovia ART II, I suggest to hold off adding it to the article, as this is against WP:ORIGINAL and has people already citing the wikipedia to look as to which train models were affected when in actuality, we do not have any means to verify that.
