Notes:

Numbers add up. The biggest issue was with VIC who (again) counted withdrawals before the draw as byes and not walk overs, like we do. (For those of you wondering, counting them as byes effectively makes the forfeiting team disappear. Placing a fixture in where a bye has been called by the federation allows the overall entrant count to be correct and also allows the progressive counter of teams that were eliminated in each round to mathematically add up correctly). - J man708 (talk) 15:37, 16 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
