- @Number 57: Thanks for the hard work! Aren't Vanuatu Labour Party and Parti Travailliste de Vanuatu the same party? Their name are just english and french versions of the same name.--Aréat (talk) 00:39, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Aréat: I did wonder about that, but then saw that they both ran in constituency 15, which made me think they are different? Number 57 06:52, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
- Intriguing. I hadn't noticed that. Now the question remain which one got the most votes. The one with a page, formed in 1987, or the new one. I will ask around on the french wiki. --Aréat (talk) 07:37, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks for all that hard work! I do think "Parti travailliste" is just the French name for the Labour Party. There being two candidates from the same party in the same constituency isn't at all unusual: In multi-seat constituencies, parties do stand several candidates, hoping to win several seats. The IPU says on its French page that the "Parti travailliste de Vanuatu (Vanuatu Leba Pati, VLP)" won a seat in 2016, and on its English page it gives that seat to the Labour Party. Which rather strongly suggests they're one and the same. Aridd (talk) 15:38, 7 April 2020 (UTC)

map for Efate
[edit]Efate island was divided into two multi-member districts, each electing five MPs. One district was for the capital city, Port Vila. Port Vila --- elected a Reunification, Land and Justice, 2 Union of Moderate Parties, Vanua'Aku Pati. Efate --- elected a Reunification, Land and Justice, Leaders, Vanuatu First, Vanua'Aku Pati.
thus The map on the Wikipedia page for the 2020 election should have different colours than are shown for Efate. It should be Red, Orange, Green, Grey and dark green. 174.3.203.119 (talk) 18:50, 28 October 2022 (UTC)
