Change "bombing" to "incident" in the article title

The "bombing" in this article's title insinuates that the bombs were successfully detonated to their fullest potential, which didn't happen. Since both bombs either deflagrated, or detonated in a controlled environment adverse to the perpetrator's intentions, it would be misleading to title the article as opposite.
