Source for choice of venues?

Is there any source for the choice of venues? I couldn't find anything on that in any of the sources provided in the article. It seems that whoever put this information in just selected one venue from each of the four Irish provinces. While three of the four venues could be considered a reasonable choice, the new Finn Harps stadium will certainly not be completed by the time the tournament takes place. Broadcast section?

Should a section be added for broadcast of games? RTE are broadcasting all of the Republic of Ireland games on TV in Ireland, but I'm nort sure about any broadcast or streaming options for other games
