Title
[edit]Is there any reputable source that refers to the Korea National Assembly Proceeding Hall as the "capitol"? Capitol isn't a generic term, legislative buildings are either called that (eg United States Capitol) or they aren't (eg Reichstag Building, Palais Bourbon). A direct translation of the ko.wiki page refers to it as the "National Assembly Building". A better title might be 2019 South Korean National Assembly attack or similar.
