Invalid votes

The percentage currently in the infobox correspond to the numbers of votes for the candidates, on the total number of votes, including the invalid votes. That's very unusual, usually the percentages are calculated based on the total of valid votes only, per definition. Is there something in the russian laws that make it so the invalid votes are included, like the governor needed 50 % of every votes to be elected, not just of the valid ones?--Aréat (talk) 16:16, 12 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
