Transfer sources in the table
[edit]Kante4 Why are they external links and not in citation format? It makes it really hard to verify each transfer. Govvy (talk) 09:03, 10 August 2019 (UTC)
- So, clicking on a link in a external format is tougher than to click the same link in a citiation format? Kante4 (talk) 09:19, 10 August 2019 (UTC)
- No not that, you can read a citation straight away for what it is, where it comes from, the date, and run a search field for it. Those external links, nope. Can't do any of that. Govvy (talk) 10:54, 10 August 2019 (UTC)
- Get what you say but it does the same job verifying the transfer. Don't think it needs to be changed. Kante4 (talk) 11:17, 10 August 2019 (UTC)

Times
[edit]@Kante4: Why are you creating a useless dispute? The timezone links exists on almost all other season articles except this one. So why do you reject them?--Sakiv (talk) 18:22, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
- WP:OTHERSTUFF. Typical overlinking by repeating it over and over again. Having it once above all competitions is enough and has all the info for the reader. Was the same the last season(s), consistent aswell. Kante4 (talk) 18:25, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
- In short, you want to see me out of this article. This is why you always undo my edits.--Sakiv (talk) 18:27, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
- In short, you want your way. Show me where i undid an edit by you wrongfully. And just a heads up because you reinstated "your" version by saying "Discuss before making these changes". It was you who wanted to change something so it should remain how it was until a consensus is reached. Per WP:BRD. Kante4 (talk) 18:28, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
- How it is overlinking when the footballbox is supposed to be collapsed and the reader will most likely open one at a time. Also according to your view we should also not link Madrid that much because it is considered exessive linking.--Sakiv (talk) 18:31, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
- Yup, this is something we should do, agree on that. Having an overview text that captures all the matches is fine and was never a problem. Adding 1,500k bytes of the same thing over and over is useless, tbh. Kante4 (talk) 18:32, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
- I did not come up with something new. This is done in hundreds of season articles like 2019–20 Paris Saint-Germain F.C. season, 2019–20 FC Bayern Munich season etc.--Sakiv (talk) 18:36, 9 December 2019 (UTC)
- In this article it is new, so it should stay how it was before you inserted it and then a discussion takes place per the MOS. Kante4 (talk) 19:02, 9 December 2019 (UTC)

Response to third opinion request: |
Hello! Third opinion here. After reviewing this disagreement, I think that both editors have valid arguments. WP:OVERLINK does seem to discourage this kind of linking, but consistency is also a good thing. The timezones themselves definitely should stay (per MOS:TIMEZONE), and since similar articles link to the timezone, I'd say go ahead and include the links for now. Since this is a question that would affect multiple articles, I would suggest opening a discussion at the Request for Comment board to get a wider community consensus on whether or not to link to timezones. That way, if the community agrees that they shouldn't be linked, then all articles can be modified at once to follow a consistent policy. As always, a friendly reminder to both parties assume good faith in content discussions. creffpublic a creffett franchise (talk to the boss) 19:53, 17 December 2019 (UTC) |

[edit]@Kante4: stop your harrassment now. This is the third time you remove my edits without exploration. You could find a good number of sources confirming that he left the club. It's not my duty to provide anything to you. --Sakiv (talk) 16:43, 5 January 2020 (UTC)
- @Sakiv: There is no harrassment, stop with that (there was an explanations btw). I just asked for a source and if there are so many you can please add them (and that is your duty if you add something...). And can we please get along? I've got nothing against you. Kante4 (talk) 16:50, 5 January 2020 (UTC)
- You are clearly showing that I am not wanted here. There is something called assumption of good faith. You could have searched a little bit on the web. I will resort to opening a dispute if this continues. You can see that his name is no longer on Wolves squad in the Wikipedia article. [1], [2]--Sakiv (talk) 16:51, 5 January 2020 (UTC)
- @Sakiv: I have never said or showed the impression that you are not wanted here (if you think so, i apologize here). I even searched and looked at the Madrid page, Wolves page and saw nothing official there and Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not a reliable source. He's still listed at the Wolves page here and not listed here, that's why i reverted. No need for a dispute discussion at any point, i think we can get along if we talk. I just asked for a source (that you have to provide when you want to add something) and all is fine. This from your linked articles should be enough for now, although i would like something more official. But since you added those link(s) here we can add them.
