General article

[edit]

Might as well ask this here - wouldn't it make sense to have a general article on all the teachers' strikes that have taken place this year since there's a lot of commonality to them? (Also I believe Colorado is planning on striking next).Volunteer Marek (talk) 00:17, 24 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The table on the top right suggests the walkout "resulted" in the tax increase being passed. But the tax increased passed before the walkout. After the walkout, no new tax increase was passed. Is there a better way to explain this than suggested the walkout "resulted" in the law that had already passed? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.201.177.246 (talk) 19:41, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment as mid importance

[edit]

This strike seems to be a real determined effort to reverse the decades-long downgrading of the public school system. Bruin2 (talk) 05:26, 19 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
