Inflated number of votes?

- From the electoral system section: "Voters can vote for either a party list or individual candidates. If they choose the latter, they may cast as many votes as there are seats in each constituency." Hence, there will be more votes than the number of voters. Number 57 13:26, 6 October 2020 (UTC)
