Macron speech
[edit]Emmanuel Macron as a president was directly elected by the neo caledonian. His speech isn't "international reaction". It would be quite weird not to mention his awaited speech one hour after the result were made public. It's internal mattters--Aréat (talk) 22:37, 4 November 2018 (UTC)
Please define recent
