- "Shrewsbury finished nine points behind Blackburn Rovers " - What's the convention with English association football? In sports in the United States, the convention would be "Shrewsbury finished nine points behind the Blackburn Rovers", but I don't know if English association football has a different convention.
- No, we'd never ever say "the Blackburn Rovers". The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 07:29, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
- "The first half was goalless and with ten minutes remaining in the second, Jon Nolan's 20-yard (18 m) half-volley from a Stefan Payne pass put Shrewsbury into the lead which they held onto until the final whistle." - You never explicitly state the final score in the prose. It's stated in the table, but not cited in the table. Since the table isn't cited as the information is cited in the prose, it should be explicitly mentioned in the prose.
- "League Two team Lincoln City" - Go ahead and link to the proper league here, as the finals for league 2 is linked, but not the league itself.
- "Joe Mattock's challenge on Shaun Whalley drew another free kick," - Link free kick. The meaning isn't necessarily obvious to an audience not familiar with association football, and "free kick" has a specific meaning in other sports, such as American football.
- "Nsiala's arm, instead earning a corner" - What is a corner?
- "late first half shot from 30 yards (27 m) flew over the bar," - What is the bar? Is that the goal/net?
- Yes, I've named it "crossbar" to avoid confusion with other types of bar! The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 07:29, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
- "Unable to continue, Bryn Morris was replaced the striker Payne" - replaced by, I believe
- "Rotherham goalkeeper, Marek Rodák, to make it 1–1." - Link Rodak

- The report link seems to cite everything in the details except for the times the yellow cards were handed out, which I didn't see in there anywhere.
- Go to the teams tab at the bottom of the report. The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 07:29, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
- Are we sure it started at 15:00? It's not in the source, and ref 10 suggests 10:03.
- Yes, we're sure. I imagine that source 10 is adjusting for time zone so you must be somewhere like eastern seaboard of the US? The 15:00 in the template is used for "scheduled kick off" but that's not clear so I've changed it to match the time of the kick-off in the prose. The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 07:29, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
- Other than that, a spot check of the references has no problems with supporting the materials. The sources all look reliable, and the formatting appears to be correct.

Placing on hold. Other than a few prose issues and a couple sourcing/consistency issues with the detailed report, this one's in good shape. Hog Farm (talk) 04:05, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
- Hog Farm thanks very much, I've addressed everything above, please let me know if there's anything else you think that needs to be changed. Cheers. The Rambling Man (Stay indoors, stay safe!!!!) 07:29, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
