Imperial County mislabeled

According to the SoS site, Imperial County voted 55.2% for Tuck vs 44.8% for Thurmond. This can be seen on page 89 of the statement of the vote (page 91 of the whole pdf): https://elections.cdn.sos.ca.gov/sov/2018-general/sov/2018-complete-sov.pdf

It should be in the 50% green category is currently labeled in the 50% blue category. I dont know how to fix this myself, if somebody could help?
