Poizner's Color

I just figured I'd start this section to address something I see occurring continually: Poizner's color seems to be changing from gray (No party preference) to yellow (No party preference (United States)). It keeps being switched back and forth. I haven't taken a side, other than that one of these colors should be used and one only.
