Justification for the removal of the refimprove tag

In many of the dozens of articles within this series which use Sports table template, much of the source material is contained within item referenced in the source parameter to the template, and this is shown in the line beneath the League Table, in this case, NCE Tables, which expands to http://www.ncefl.org.uk/tables/short/2018/. This reference provides source material for everything which appears in the two league tables, and much of the rest of the article. Source information for the two location maps and tables is contained within the articles which are wiki-linked within the maps and tables.
